Just Track It is designed with privacy as a foundational principle. It is an offline-first app: your daily entries stay on your device and, if you keep iCloud backup turned on, in your own personal iCloud account. We have no servers of our own and never see your data.
We do not collect, receive, track, or sell any personal information. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no crash-reporting services, no advertising frameworks, and no advertising identifiers (IDFA). The only data that leaves your device is the backup sent to your own iCloud account (see section 3) and anything you explicitly choose to export or share.
Your entries (daily scores, moods, activities, habits, custom trackers and notes), goals, streaks and app settings (such as your chosen display name, language, gender preference for wording, color palette and reminder time) are stored locally in the app's private storage on your device. The app also keeps an automatic local copy of your data on the device every 7 days, so you can recover it if something goes wrong. None of this is ever sent to servers maintained by us.
iCloud backup is turned on by default so that you can recover your data if you reinstall the app or change iPhones. Your backup is stored only in your own private iCloud account, in the app's iCloud container, and travels directly between your device and Apple's iCloud service. We never receive, store, or have access to it.
If you turn on the daily reminder, the notifications are scheduled locally on your device by iOS. No push server is involved, and the reminder text does not include your entries or notes. You can turn reminders off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Daily logging in Just Track It is free. The full version is available through optional purchases: monthly and annual subscriptions (which may include a free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases, free trials, restores and offer-code redemptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, process, or store any payment or billing information; that is handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with its own privacy practices.
To know whether you have access to the full version, the app asks Apple's StoreKit on your device and keeps a small record of the result on your iPhone, so the app keeps working without a connection. This record contains only the plan and its status, and it is never sent to us.
The app may occasionally show Apple's standard rating prompt. Any rating or review you leave is handled by Apple; we do not receive information about whether or how you rated the app.
You can export a backup file or share an image (for example, your annual summary). These actions only happen when you choose them, using the standard iOS share sheet. Once exported or shared, the file is handled by the destination you choose.
The app includes optional links to this policy and to subscribe to our newsletter, which open in a browser view. Any information you submit through the newsletter form is handled by the newsletter service provider in accordance with its own privacy policy.
We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
